Returns Policy

As we are an online retailer, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your item. You then have a further 14 days to return the item to us. Items must be returned in their original packing, original condition, unworn and unwashed. Outside of this 14-day window, we are unable to accept returns. Once we receive and inspect your return, we will issue a refund to the original payment method used to place the order. We will then process your refund within 14 days of receiving your return.

To initiate a return, please contact us via the form on our Contact page. Please include your order number and item you would like to return. We will then send the return instructions.

*PLEASE NOTE - Unless an item is faulty or we've made an error with your order, you are responsible for the cost of returning unwanted items. Please use a tracked delivery service, as we cannot be responsible for returns lost in transit.
